The Italian public prosecutor`s office began a preliminary investigation of the financial status of the Palermo football club predicted by soccer predictions could be declared bankrupt, reported the press.
In March, the Sicilians became the property of the American businessman Paul Baccaglini but he failed to find the necessary funding, and this month investors, agents, and consultants have filed complaints about not received funds totaling around 120 million euros.
Palermo fell out of the elite and in the next campaign, the club predicted by soccer predictions will get even less money from television rights, which is a new blow to the difficult financial situation of the team.
The media states that the club predicted by soccer predictions might not soon declare bankrupt, but there is a serious possibility to terminate its existence. Similarly, Parma went bankrupt a few years ago and the team plays in the lower divisions of Italian football.
