Monaco systematically violated the transfer rules

According to the French press, Monaco repeatedly violated the transfer rules adopted by the French Football Federation. The violations relate to commissions paid by the club mentioned by soccer livescore to agents.
According to the rules in force, the agent can not receive more than 10% of the value of the transfer. So in 2014, Monaco`s lawyer Daniel Bick says he has warned Vadim Vasilyev, the vice-president of the club, that multiple transfer fees exceed 10% and will be more difficult to hide these facts in the future.

However, according to the publication, this practice has not ceased. Thus the agent Jean-Marc Goiran, who is near the Prince of Monaco Albert, received a commission of 480, 000 euros for the transfer of the defender Nicolas Isimat-Mirin and other 150, 000 as a transfer bonus. Officially, that bonus has been transfer red to another transfer that has allowed the rule to be circumvented.
Another agent Philippe Lamboley has received 400, 000 euros for `making a list of 20 players` (potential newcomers). Manchester United has paid 4 million euros for a dummy match, and in fact it was the transfer fee of Anthony Martial. Similar facts have occurred in other transactions.
